Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate has to Support through Chat
The candidate must carry Sales experience(Mandatory)
The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
Key Skills:
Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites
Should have basic knowledge of mobile/computing products
Any Sales Experience will be considered
Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills
Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player
Eligibility Criteria: –
